Open House

What an exciting time it is as we are set to return to school on August 26th for the 2024-25 school year! Abingdon OPEN HOUSE Thursday, August 22  1:00 – 3:00pm.

Things to know: There are 2 sessions. Each session is based on student last names to make it easier on parents and families to attend for their child(ren).

**Session 1: 1:00-1:45 pm (Last names A-M)

**Session 2: 2:00-2:45 pm (Last names N-Z)

ALL GUESTS ENTER THROUGH DOOR #2 (front parking lot near dumpster leading to the gym)

ALL GUESTS EXIT THROUGH DOOR #9 (cafeteria doors leading to back playground)Upon entry, guests will enter the gym and report to their child’s grade level table to receive school map and class room number. Staff will serve as hallway tour guides to usher guests in the right direction. An announcement will be made 5 min prior to each session ending (1:40pm and 2:40pm) to serve as a reminder that the session is coming to a close. Cafeteria will have booths for PTA, Extended Day, and ParentVue/ParentSquare support. The front office will be designated for registration and ParentVue/ParentSquare support.
