To provide technical support, APS has added a Tech Support number that parents can call for assistance beginning on Tuesday, Sept. 8. English and Spanish language support will be available immediately.

① Be certain you have visited the APS iPad Help site.
② If your issue is with NO INTERNET or Global Protect, go to the Global Protect Help site.
③ Be sure you have attempted all of the basic iPad troubleshooting steps.
④ If your iPad is brand new or recently wiped, please follow the iPad Setup steps.
